Do You Have Tight Calves? Learn How To Eliminate It In 5 Minutes or Less

Most people do have tightness in their calves and don’t even realize it until already been tight for a while.


Today, I’m Going to Teach You How to Eliminate Tight Calves in 4 Simple Steps with a Massage Gun and a couple stretches:


1️⃣ Grab a massage gun with a round soft tip attachment.

2️⃣ Turn on your massage gun to the highest repetition setting on your massage gun

3️⃣ Start by gently applying the massage gun to your calf muscles on the back of your leg just below your knee. Softly & slowly applying light pressure, run the massage gun down the calf stopping on any tender or tight spots until the pain goes away.

As it loosens up, you can apply additional pressure to reach deeper tight spots in your muscles.

Once you have worked out all the tender or tight spots up and down the back of the calf muscle, let’s move to the outside of the shins along the anterior tibialis and soleus muscles along the inside of the calf.

4️⃣ After loosening up all the muscles around the calf, we will stretch the calf with one of each of these front and back of the calf stretches holding each for 30 seconds.
